We insure all our candidates undergo a pre-interview, face to face with a GGR consultant, to discover and appreciate their qualities as well as in many cases they are tested for the position they are applying for, meticulously screening and assessing them before submitting any of their details to a client.
When commencing any search on behalf of a client we make sure we have agreed all possible interview dates and start dates, with full position overviews from clients to make sure we fully understand their recruitment requirements.
What is included in our GGR commercial service
- The first stage in our process is to understand our clients by completing an ICP (In-depth Client profile) face to face. After all how can we find you a candidate if we have no idea what you do, where you work and who you are?
- Every time you put a position on with us there after you simply fill out an IPP (In-depth Position Profile) and we will do the rest.
- When commencing any client’s projects we will agree in advance all project time lines to include; Presenting Short list of candidates, possible interviews dates and estimated start date.
- All GGR candidates are pre-screened by our highly experienced consultant’s interview face to face prior to being presented to a client.
We will only present 3 candidates to a client for any one position as we feel it is the concern of our consultant to make sure they understand your position and match your criteria with the best candidates. All candidates are presented to clients with a candidate portfolio which includes; the reasons why our consultant is putting them forward, current and up to date CV, photo ID & copies of any relevant certificates and test results. GGR will negotiate all packages with candidates for and on behalf of the client.
What we will NOT DO: - We do not bombard you with CV’s.
- We do not offer quick fix solutions as we take care to find the right candidate.
- We do not use our clients as interview experience for any candidates.
Exclusive For all positions placed exclusively to our agency, we will offer you the same courtesy and put candidates on interview exclusively with you. After the interview we ask clients to make a decision on the next stage of that candidate within 3 working days.
